Marsciano
Shop is closing Effective the end of January
2011, the Marsciano shop of La Maison d'Yvette will close. This is to make
possible the relocation of the shop to a new locatio in the vicinity of Zug,
Switzerland. In the coming months, we expect to open additional shops in Paris and
Brussels.

Clients who have seen the La Maison shop in Marsciano have had excited comments about our
boutique. Clients and other people just passing by on the street in
Marsciano put their heads through the front door almost every day and tell us things like "Congratulations, your
shop is beautiful!" "It's just what we've needed here in
Marsciano!" "There's nothing like your shop anywhere around here,
not even in Rome!"
As the word spreads, we are pleased to be receiving more clients from Rome,
Perugia, and Todi who come to Marsciano on the weekends. A few have told
us that they come to Marsciano only because we are there! Thank you!!

Yvette Hesser, our manager in Marsciano, has a multicultural background
coming from Belgium, Switzerland, and France. She has managerial experience at the director
level in several multinational organisations, mostly in Geneva.
Her access to our many products from France,
Switzerland, other parts of Europe, and around the world, is what
makes La Maison a success.
Soon, she will be coming home to Switzerland with the
relocation of the existing shop to Canton Zug (near Zurich). Look for

Opening hours for Christmas in Marsciano - Orario di apertura per il
Natale a Marsciano
La Maison d'Yvette in Marsciano is open mornings from 9:30 to 1:00
and afternoons from 3:30 to 7:30 every day except Monday. Monday afternoon we
are closed. We are open on Monday mornings, even though there is a large van parked in front of
the shop for the weekly market.
If you come and no one is
there, and you think the shop should be open (and there is no special sign on the door or
in the window), please be patient and try again in 20 or 30 minutes --
after all, this is Italy! The hours after Christmas will be
reduced after Christmas, particularly after Befana on 8 January -- check for signs in the window in advance.
